    STATEMENT FROM WITHIN

"Commendation from NASA for research work at Massachusetts Institute of Technology on the Earth's atmosphere and the Moon's surface for navigation of the Apollo spacecraft to the Moon..
Dr. Milo Wolff has found the structure of the electron consisting of two spherical quantum waves, one moving radially outward and another moving radially inward. The centre of the waves is the nominal location of the electron 'particle'. These waves extend infinitely, like charge force. All 'particle' waves mix and contribute to each other, thus all matter of the universe is interrelated by this intimate connection between the fundamental 'particles' and the universe. The natural laws are a direct consequence of this Wave Structure of Matter (WSM), thus WSM underlies all of science."

The importance of the 'mystical' aspect Humanity carries within it, and so has access to, is not 'god' in its many guises, but the intrinsic aspect of infinitude.. 'God' has been our excuse for irresponsibility, leading to false 'authoritarianism', but the real 'enlightenment' occurs when we see how necessary infinitude is.. So 'god' has just been a vehicle, a carrier of genuine understanding, not the truth itself..

So people believe weird things because we have not evolved in full understanding of truth, but are encouraged to simply make things up and pretend they are 'true' by convincing as many others as we can to 'agree' with our 'visions'.. Hence the need to further evolve 'science' and 'psychology'..

So here is one of the main problems of understanding..

People generally have a very poor understanding of what the word 'infinite' actually means.. This is not any kind of 'fault', but just that we have evolved within the confines of what appears to be a finite environment, and we thus try to look at things in finite ways, also justifying those 'finite' thoughts. When I first approached the 'problem' I had the same difficulties, so it takes our minds a lot of effort to reach another perspective of understanding, but it IS achievable..

Firstly, there cannot be more than one 'instance' of infinitude, otherwise a secondary 'thing' would render them both 'finite'. So we are describing a 'oneness'.. Also, it can have no 'beginning' nor 'ending' as these would also necessitate a secondary 'thing' (or the utter nonsense of a 'nothing'!), so we are describing 'eternity' when we apply 'time' concepts. Then, we have to admit that it can only be the one thing that interconnects all other 'things', and we deduce this to be 'Space', necessarily..

All references to 'size' or 'direction' do not apply to the nature of infinitude, and thus have no relevance to our understanding of the true nature of existence. 'Measurement' has limitations.. When we point to any position in Space, we effectively create a 'beginning' to any subsequent forms of measurement, which only has relevance to the entity desiring to understand said 'measurement'. Measuring things does not make them a main-feature of the nature of reality, only a desire of 'measurement' from a purely Human perspective.

Within infinitude everything appears to be at the 'centre' of that which it finds detectable ('observable').. So, the moment you create the perspective of a 'centre', you become that centre..Here we can find the real problem with using 'mathematics' as a tool for understanding infinite nature. We have to firstly posit the 'points' to be 'measured' in order for the measurement to take place.. And this is why we end up inventing 'things' that do not exist in reality from mathematical constructs that do not describe the truth about nature..

And belief does not make anything so..

First of all, it is easily debatable whether 'intelligence' is actually an existent thing at all.. Certainly, Human beings provide very little evidence of it with their actions! 'Logic' and 'reason' are dependent upon the nature of how such things can come to exist, so much hinges on the 'discovery of the obvious'.

And 'consciousness' does not create anything. It is only possible to be 'conscious' OF something, and it must be of that which actually exists.. You can create any kind of delusion you like in your mind, but you cannot be 'conscious' of things that do not actually exist. So, we can be aware or 'conscious' of the delusional state, but not of the SUBJECT of the delusion itself.

Beyond 'observation' there is then the process of 'interpretation', and this is where most people fail themselves..and unconsciously produce the very evidence that 'consciousness' is not 'everywhere'..

We cannot deduce necessary truth without first becoming truthful.. When the understanding is in alignment with the reality, the necessary 'language' is formed..

    spaceandmotion

Thank you. These are not opinions, but deductions form necessity. Please take a look at the – wave structure of matter – to learn more about how things exist, how we can deduce that which is necessarily so, and its importance to Humanity..

"History abundantly shows that people's views of the universe are bound up with their views of themselves and of their society. The debate in cosmology has implications far beyond the realm of science, for it is a question of how truth is known. How these questions are answered will shape not only the history of science, but the history of humanity." (Eric Lerner, 1992)

    Class Exercise 1

For each abstract, identify the Research Paradigm (Epistemology and Ontology)

    1) Article title: Capturing sociality in the movement between frames: An illustration from leadership development; Human Relations, 2012

In this article we offer a dynamic relational perspective in which frames and framing work together in the practice of leadership development. Mead’s (1932) notion of sociality is introduced as a way of engaging with movements within and between frames, where it is these framing movements that we argue hold the potentiality of emergent practice. The article responds to a growing interest in the delineation, conceptualization and practice of leadership as opposed to leader development, where we understand leadership development in terms of the creation of social capital, relational capacity and collaboration. However, there is little, if any, research into how these dimensions may be developed intentionally in practice. Using online forum data from an 18-monthlong leadership development programme, we demonstrate three different sociality movements, which we have labelled kindling, stretching and spanning. Our analysis positions sociality at the core of leadership development interventions, and practice more generally.

    Answer: Epistemology

    2) Article title: Does Doing Good Always Lead to Doing Better? Consumer Reactions to Corporate Social Responsibility. Journal of Market Research, 2001

In the face of marketplace polls that attest to the increasing influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on consumers’ purchase behavior, this article examines when, how, and for whom specific CSR initiatives work. The findings implicate both company-specific factors, such as the CSR issues a company chooses to focus on and the quality of its products, and individual-specific factors, such as consumers’ personal support for the CSR issues and their general beliefs about CSR, as key moderators of consumers’ responses to CSR. The results also highlight the mediating role of consumers’ perceptions of congruence between their own characters and that of the company in their reactions to its CSR initiatives. More specifically, the authors find that CSR initiatives can, under certain conditions, decrease consumers’ intentions to buy a company’s products.

    Answer:_ Epistemology

    3) Article Title: Doing Gender, Doing Entrepreneurship: An Ethnographic Account of Intertwined Practices. Gender, Work and Organization, 2004

Traditional literature and research on entrepreneurship relies on a model of economic rationality alleged to be universal and agendered. This article presents a description of the processes that position people as ‘men’ and ‘women’ within entrepreneurial practices and as ‘entrepreneurs’ within gender practices, relying on an ethnographic study carried out in small enterprises in Italy. Our analysis shows how gender and entrepreneurship are enacted as situated practices and how the codes of a gendered identity are kept, changed and transgressed by constantly sliding between different symbolic spaces. In particular we highlight five processes of the symbolic construction of gender and entrepreneurship: managing the dual presence, doing ceremonial and remedial work, boundary-keeping, footing and gender commodification. We then propose a final metaphor which conveys a summary image of these processes. In concluding, we link our analysis to the original purpose of our investigation, highlighting not only how entrepreneurship is equated with the masculine, but also how alternative and possible forms of entrepreneurship exist, in the same way as different forms of gender.

    4) Article title: Does Diversity Pay?: Race, Gender, and the Business Case for Diversity. American Sociological Review, 2009

The value-in-diversity perspective argues that a diverse workforce, relative to a homogeneous one, is generally beneficial for business, including but not limited to corporate profits and earnings. This is in contrast to other accounts that view diversity as either nonconsequential to business success or actually detrimental by creating conflict, undermining cohesion, and thus decreasing productivity. Using data from the 1996 to 1997 National Organizations Survey, a national sample of for-profit business organizations, this article tests eight hypotheses derived from the value-in-diversity thesis. The results support seven of these hypotheses: racial diversity is associated with increased sales revenue, more customers, greater market share, and greater relative profits. Gender diversity is associated with increased sales revenue, more customers, and greater relative profits. I discuss the implications of these findings relative to alternative views of diversity in the workplace.

    5) Article title: The impact of individual and organizational characteristics on work-family conflict and career outcomes. Journal of Managerial Psychology, 2008.

Purpose – This paper aims to examine the dynamics of individual and organizational characteristics in work-family conflict (WFC) and career outcomes. It aims to consider the role of self-esteem, career management and multiple life role commitment, and, as individual characteristics, on WFC and career outcomes; it also seeks to consider the role of career encouragement and organizational culture, as organizational characteristics, on WFC and career outcomes.

Design/methodology/approach – The research was carried out in a sample of 399 females at

different levels of management in Greek organizations. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling.

Findings – The findings show that both individual and organizational characteristics are significant in determining WFC and career outcomes. No relationship is found between WFC and career outcomes. Overall, the results support the depletion theory.

Research limitations/implications – Limitations of this study are: the complexity of the model,

the use of cross-sectional data in causal modeling that makes it difficult to disentangle the directions of paths, and the use of only self-report survey data. Research in progress addresses these issues by incorporating qualitative data collected from a sub-sample of managers.

Practical implications – The paper highlights the outcomes of the choices women make in the work and non-work domains in order to balance the demands of each.

Originality/value – The paper highlights that WFC is considered both as an outcome and as a mediator in the relationship between individual and organizational characteristics and career outcomes.

    6) Article title: Eating with the Mafia: Belonging and violence, Human Relations, 2008

This article presents a reading of the place of food in a variety of texts which concern the Mafia. In many organizations, food often seems to be symbolically deployed as a representation of community through commensality. However, in the Mafia, unlike many contemporary organizations, food preparation and consumption appears not to be relegated to liminal times and spaces, but to be a central part of being a Mafiosi. The article explores this idea in terms of the connections between metaphors of community and family in the Mafia and in legal business organizations, and then the tensions between community and violence in the Mafia and in legal business organizations. After a consideration of the partial dislocation of women and food in the Mafia, the article concludes with some reflections on organizations and belonging.
