The people who did the investing were not settled in PI. They were settled in which ever currency they came to market with Like US DT or whatever they came with. They were not paid in Pi it was the exchanges who kept the PI a similar thing happens when you are trading on Forex for instance and you are trading USD/XAU which is US dollar against gold when the trading session ends so when you end your trading session you’re not taking home goldyou’re taking home USD this is what happened those people who invested $1.2 billion on February 20 into PI. They did not take home pie. They took out whatever currency they came with so they were not made it to Wales. The exchanges kept all the PI.

Support Portal being always unreachable the grievances are not getting registered and action being taken before it'll be too late to retrieve.
A very sorry state of affairs.
