03/05/2025 - 6:07 AMBut the Holy Spirit is within all of us, right? And Christian god is the trinity, he’s supposed to be all three parts individually and all of them as a whole. So surely this monism idea still works? One of the questions atheists have is “who created god” and Christians say he’s always existed. Well the same principle applies to these eastern religions too… I don’t see a conflict there at all

Monism IS about what everyone calls "monotheism"….
"Monism" is about Monos. The One.
Not about oneness of everything…
And Monos is not one with everything… and is, in a way, of saying, separate from everything that comes to be because of Monos.
And The One…is not "god", in any sense of the word.
