Perhaps the problem is that the touted great feat of unification must proceed at a more profound layer than those of the known four, with the four at most tangential to the processes that shape the vast saga.

I'm trying to understand as to why there must be a G.U.T. in the first place, why forces must have been combined when the universe was born. What are we trying to make it fit because the calculations otherwise don't add up? Do you believe the universe was indeed first a hot dense soup of matter and energy before electroweak symmetry breaking?

03/07/2025 - 5:27 PMScientists will never find a unified theory of everything simply because they are coming at the problem from a fundamental "newtonian-relativity" perspective.
They get into further trouble when they try to solve the problem from a purely quantum perspective, and thus they can't figure out how these two domains of physics align.
Physics does align. But not from any of the physics known perspectives. The key to solving this disunified problem is in Einsteins equation e=mc2.

When we draw a sine wave on a blackboard, we are representing spatial curvature. Does a photon transfer spatial curvature from one location to another? Wrap a piece of wire around a pencil and it can produce a 3D coil of wire, much like a spring. When viewed from the side it can look like a two-dimensional sine wave. You could coil the wire with either a right-hand twist, or with a left-hand twist. Could Planck's Constant be proportional to the twist cycles. A photon with a higher frequency has more energy. (More spatial curvature). What if gluons are actually made up of these twisted tubes which become entangled with other tubes to produce quarks. (In the same way twisted electrical extension cords can become entangled.) Therefore, the gluons are actually a part of the quarks. Mesons are made up of two entangled tubes (Quarks/Gluons), while protons and neutrons would be made up of three entangled tubes. (Quarks/Gluons) The "Color Force" would be related to the XYZ coordinates (orientation) of entanglement. "Asymptotic Freedom", and "flux tubes" make sense based on this concept. Neutrinos would be made up of a twisted torus (like a twisted donut) within this model. Gravity is a result of a very small curvature imbalance within atoms. (This is why the force of gravity is so small.) Instead of attempting to explain matter as "particles", this concept attempts to explain matter more in the manner of our current understanding of the space-time curvature of gravity. If an electron has qualities of both a particle and a wave, it cannot be either one. It must be something else. Therefore, a "particle" is actually a structure which stores spatial curvature. Can an electron-positron pair (which are made up of opposite directions of twist) annihilate each other by unwinding into each other producing Gamma Ray photons.
Alpha decay occurs when the two protons and two neutrons (which are bound together by entangled tubes), become un-entangled from the rest of the nucleons.
Beta decay occurs when the tube of a down quark/gluon in a neutron becomes overtwisted and breaks producing a twisted torus (neutrino) and an up quark, and the ejected electron. The phenomenon of Supercoiling involving twist and writhe cycles may reveal how overtwisted quarks can produce these new particles.
Gamma photons are produced when a tube unwinds producing electromagnetic waves.

If they are coupling vs. energy curves are not straight lines and change monotonically they are bound to meet somewhere even if completely unrelated to each other. If one starts high (strong) and one low (electroweak) and the big one goes monotonically down and monotonically up they'll me at a higher energy somewhere. That's not an amazing coincidence.

There is no strong nuclear force.
Atoms balance their nuclear force between their
electrons n protons. The protons in the nucluei r effectively neutralised by its corresponding electrons in orbit. The orbit is the neutral energy field between attraction and repulsion.
In the orbital field, there r 2 kinetics of the electron movements .
1. Its revolution around its atomic nucleus.
2. Its spin around its axis.
The 2 kinetics manifest into energy impulses.
1. The revolution kinetics impart Electrical impulses. 2.The spinning kinetics impart Magnetic impulses.
This phenomenon is seen combined as electromagnetic impulses.
The electro magnetic impulses r picked up by elastic spacetime and get reverberated Rippling outwards as electromagnetic waves.
The waves are rippled to a spectrum of frequencies n wavelengths, in proportion to the intensity of the impulses.
At low intensity, the waves are long as in radio waves. At high intensity , it is as short as in gamma rays. In between, theres a small section of the intensity of visible light waves.
And from here, is speculated over gravity. Perhaps, the intensity out of electrons kinetics at unexcited levels of temperatures will also generate electromagnetic waves. N these waves r much longer than radio waves and manifest as GRAVITY waves. In other words, GRAVITY is Electronmagnetic in nature. Just as light is.
This insight also reconciles to the quest of GUT.
