I think it is inevitable that we go from beings with purely subjective experience capabilities to a collective one.
Now whether or not AI allows us to maintain our autonomy or goes full Borg on us remains to be seen.

Such an idea is in direct contradiction to the principle of cause and effect which states that the cause is always greater than the effect. Therefore, the coefficient of useful action is always less than 1,0.

02/13/2025 - 9:06 PMPeople falsely assume that AI could improve itself automatically, becoming smarter and smarter. That's wrong. It will become more and more average, since it can only fit it's model along the available data. This means a high order of over-fitting.
Singularity will not mean AI becomes smarter and smarter. AI will become more and more meh. There is no reason nor evidence that an AI could ever grow smarter
