The energy pioneers have put in to wait for the pi network transition to open mainnet is more than the entire global anticipation shown during the Bitcoin halving. When you hear pioneers talk about the open mainnet, you will think and believe that they are eager for it to happen, so that they can engage in proper crypto currency activities. I have come to a conclusion that most people who joined to mine Pi on the pi network platform are not crypto enthusiasts, rather, they are people who think that holding the coin or Mining the coin will make them rich over night. These people have the believe that what they have on their phones translates to free money. As a matter of fact, the worst set of Pioneers are the new ones. They join the network today, and they are off after 10 days of Mining with an intention to sell the coin. A great number of them don’t even realize that without completing the checklist, the coins they are mining cannot make it to the mainnet.
Majority of them are oblivious to the fact that the Pi network is not a gateway to cash. So if no one has said it to them, let me do everyone a Favour and say it here. You cannot get rich from just simply mining the Pi coin on your mobile App, or completing the KYC. KYC is not a ticket to financial freedom. It is sad to see that almost 75% of people mining the pi coin and waiting for the mainnet, are not doing so for the right reasons. They are doing so simply because they believe that immediately after the launch, and I mean immediately. They will sell off their coin and make some cool cash.
We have more people who have immediate financial issues on the pi network, mining the coins to sort out their problems, than people who actually know what a cryptocurrency actually means. I am sorry, but I had to bring your attention to this.

There must be 2-Factor authentication via email or phone number while doing transaction to ensure the second layer of security. Many scammers have gained access to passphrase through phishing and taken away the unlocked balances. Before the LOCKUP balance become available, Core Team should immediately incorporate this feature so that pioneers are secured on their locked balance. It has now become the game of first come first between scammers and pioneers. Despite raising this issue in various platforms, no action is taken. If this continues, pi will be in the hands of scammers. Please help to reach this issue to the CORE TEAM.
