02/23/2025 - 8:13 PMRupert Sheldrake put it quite convincingly that the AI will never be conscious while it's running on a digital computer system, but when it's connected to quantum computing we will re-introduce quantum level possibilities for quirk and weirdness, and then it'll start taking the shape of a being that's off doing it's own thing. Looking forward to this moment, things will probably start to move very quickly then (or stop entirely with an abrupt end)

02/23/2025 - 8:13 PMHmmm… I thought about it. If you ask me, you can tell an AI is conscious when people start questioning themselves over the topic. Meaning that it might get to a point in which people will start considering that they are not conscious, just because they resemble far too much with an AI. Not everyone, obviously. But I suppose it's somewhat the same as with the people considering that dogs are conscious.

I know that there is not a single Planck volume in the entirety of the Universe that is not the One Consciousness/Mind, not even for a single Planck moment (a 1 over 10 with 43 zeros after the 10th, of a second, almost!).
So it doesn't matter if a hologram/concept of a toaster is sitting somewhere, or you, or anything, Consciousness/Mind is the entirety of it all.
So, one can say that the toaster is Consciousness as much as you are!
"We" will know these things when everyone is Enlightened/Saved/Mystic! 😉
